Caroline Quinn
Caroline Quinn, M.S., HWC is a founder of the Holistic Collective, Restorative Practitioner and Consultant, and Health & Wellness Coach. Her professional background is in non-profit services, where she coordinated education and reentry programs, facilitated trainings with diverse groups of stakeholders, and practiced restorative justice in community and carceral settings. Caroline is an Adjunct Instructor for the Department of Criminal Justice & Criminology at UMKC, where she also studies Family & Relationship Counseling. She has accredited certifications in mediation, restorative justice facilitation, workforce development, yoga instruction, and health & wellness coaching.
Caroline is a passionate advocate for transformative approaches to justice such as community-initiated-and-led dialogues to address harm and healing. She actively volunteers as a victim offender dialogue (VOD) facilitator in the state of Kansas, supporting survivor-centered dialogues in carceral settings. Additionally, Caroline is the Missouri State Representative for the global coalition, Survivors 4 Justice Reform, which advocates for restorative and transformative justice options in response to sexual violence.
Caroline prioritizes empathy and understanding when engaging with clients. Using a trauma-informed and strength-based approach, she believes in honoring one’s inner wisdom and pursuing unique pathways to hope and healing.

Dr. Christine Atkinson
Christine Atkinson, Ed.D., HWC, is a founder of the Holistic Collective, Health & Wellness Coach, and Reiki Master. She has worked in higher education for 15 years and is passionate about helping students find academic, professional, and personal success. Christine has extensive experience developing student success initiatives, assessing student learning outcomes, and creating a culture of evidence-based practice.
As a mindbodygreen® certified health & wellness coach, Christine leverages her extensive educational experience to support her clients in harnessing their power so they can experience deep healing, as well as transformational life changes. Emphasizing each of her client’s unique life experiences, goals, and dreams, Christine creates a custom action plan that supports them in moving toward their desired health and wellness goals.
Christine is a mother of two adult children, Gordon and Caroline. She lived abroad for eight years during her childhood and has traveled extensively, visiting more than 30 countries. Christine resides in Kansas City, MO and her hobbies include bike riding, nature hikes, yoga, reading, cooking, obsessively organizing, and spending time with loved ones.
